Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, I’ve always been a bit of a contradiction. Stern and serious, yet a total goofball. A lover of God and colorful language. An escargot eater and a craft beer drinker. A lover. A fighter. A beauty and a beast. I am a woman who believes that joy, abundance, and alignment aren’t things we chase; they’re things we choose.

That fullness has shaped my 20+ year career in building, creating, and storytelling across fashion, branding, and culture. As the Lead Consultant at Eleven17, I help organizations and founders bring their stories to life with clarity, creativity, and heart. Through Renaissance Black Girl, I write about the beauty and chaos of it all: womanhood, partnership, parenting, and purpose. I highlight the less acknowledged treasures of this life; and seek to find joy in both the messy and magnificent.

I’m a mother to a brilliant pre-teen who keeps me grounded and giggling, and forever in love with my college sweetheart who reentered my life at the height of COVID. Together, our little trio is building a life that reverberates love, intention, honesty, and joy.
